1) Backing: PET film of DuPont brand, thickness of 0.15 mm; 

2) Ahesive: British soft synthetic resin production (3 layers); 

3) Back glue: solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (60 um dry adhesive   thickness);

4) Surface sand: the corundum (60 heads); 
a static sand-planting process, felting pull of high strength, wearable and corrosion-resistant, water-resistant.  

Technical data:

 1) the early adhesive force: 5.2 N/25mm; 
 2) adhesion force: 18 N/25mm; \ 3) tensile strength: 0.8 kgf / mm; 
 4) rupture elongate rate: 15%; 
 5) Temperature: -30-140; 

 6) Chemicals corrosion-resistant: water, saline 4%, 1% hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide 1 percent, gasoline, cleanser, its surface almost unchanged.
